If you are growing Sarracenia, Venus fly traps or Drosera in an unheated Greenhouse make sure these plants are growing in a very bright sunny position, especially during the spring. They need as much light as possible at this time of year. Also make sure the plants are well hydrated standing in around an inch of rain water all through the growing season , remember if the dry they will die.
Any clematis vitciella variety will grow in sun or part shade if given a good start by planting well.
After dividing our perennials, we place the newly potted plants on capillary matting. Keeping this moist ensures that the new divisions usually root to the bottom of the compost in 10 days. As the moisture is kept at the bottom of the pot the plant has to go in search of it which results in better root formation and overall the plant establishes quicker once planted.
Moore and Moore Plants
Botrytus , common name grey mole can be a real problem at this time of year especially in an unheated greenhouse, it thrives in damp cold humid conditions, reduce the risk of this by ventilating well and remove any dead or dieing foliage from plants where it can start.

March is the time to re-pot your houseplants into the next sized pot with new compost. If you don't want to change the pot size then shake off any loose compost and replace with fresh and then re-plant back into the original pot.
